Introduction:
The GITAM
University conducts an entrance examination for getting admission
into the Dual degree courses of the engineering stream and also the
various B.Tech programmes. The GAT 2017 exam will be conducted in the
month of April for which the application form has now been opened.
The interested students can now apply for the examination online as
well as offline. Without application, the candidates will not be
allowed for the examination. The application for GAT 2107 hence will
be considered as the first step of the entire admission process.
Following are the guidelines to complete the application procedure
successfully.
The Gitam
University’s GAT 217 application forms are now been released. The
candidates must now visit the official website of the university and
proceed with the admission process. Following are the guidelines
about how the candidates are required to registered and fill the
application form of GAT 2017:

Online
process:
In the
online process, the candidates have to visit the official website of
the GITAM University and do a small registration. After the
registration, the candidates have to fill the application form and
also upload a scanned photograph. The form can be then submitted
online along with the prescribed admission fee. The fee can be paid
online, through debit card, credit card, demand draft and any other
mode prescribed by the university.
Offline
process:
Interested
candidates can find the form in the nearest selective branches of
Indian Bank, Union Bank, and the Karur Vysya Bank.
If the
candidate fails to find the application form in the prescribed
centre, he can directly demand the form from the university by
drawing and sending a demand draft of Rs.150 along with a request
letter.
After
acquiring the application form, students can fill at submit it at the
same prescribed centres of the university.
For both the
application modes, the application fee will be as follows:
For male
candidate: Rs. 1000
For female
candidate: Rs. 600
The
candidates who will make the application fee payment through a demand
draft can draw a demand draft in the favour of ‘GITAM University’
payable at Vishakhapatnam.
The
candidates must start filling the application form in time so that
they will complete the application and payment process within the
time limit specified by the university. The late submissions of the
candidates will not be accepted under any circumstances.
